Booking, Cancelation, and Return Policies

A credit card must be stored on file in order to reserve an appointment.
In the event of multiple no-call/no-show or late cancellation violations, or if a credit card charge is declined for applicable late cancellation or no-call/no-show fees, clients may be required to prepay for future appointments.

To cancel, reschedule, or modify the length of your appointment, please allow for:
• 48 hours notice for appointments longer than one hour
• 24 hours notice for appointments one hour or less
• If you are running behind, please call, text, or email as soon as possible.. . .
• Cancellations made outside the required notice period may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
• Prepaid appointments and deposits for appointments rescheduled before the required notice period may have the full balance applied to a future appointment.
• Prepaid appointments and deposits for appointments canceled before the required notice period may be refunded minus 5% processing fees. -
• Refunds on completed services are not an option. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact us right away so that we can make things right. Email is the best form of communication: christina@christinalynnlash.com.
• Unopened retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Open or used retail products may NOT be returned for a refund.
